WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
You will be seeing your personal dashboard, not the dashboard of the person taking lessons but rather the person paying for lessons.
You have several different profiles, this is the profile that belongs to a payee / parent, not the profile of the person taking lessons.
The payee, and person taking the lessons have different accounts.
SO, YOU TRY TO CANCEL IN THE “SCHEDULE TAB” AND THIS HAPPENS
The system is doing it’s job – since you are not in the account of the person who is having the lesson, you can’t cancel the lesson- the lesson you are attempting to cancel is not in your account!
This is not the error of the software but the of user. (it’s for SURE not intuitive, eh!) There’s good news- it’s an easy fix.
You need to go to the top right circular photo, click the small arrow pointing down, and change into the account of the person having the lesson.
